2. The main focus of the website is selling car tuning elements.

 

3. All products offered in the web shop are brand new.

 

4. Orders are dispatched all over the world.

 

5. The contract between the buyer and MaxtonDesign.co.uk webstore begins when MaxtonDesign.co.uk send the customer an e-mail confirming receipt of the order, including all details of the order, in particular quantities and prices of ordered products and shipping charges, payment terms and delivery address.

 

6. MaxtonDesign.co.uk webstore receives orders around the clock 365 days a year. Our office is open from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. During the same hours we answer all questions from customers or potential customers. By placing orders the client declares that he/she is aware of these regulations and accepts all its provisions.

 

7. Buyers can choose one of two methods of payment for purchased goods: PayPal or bank transfer. This choice can be selected when making an order and ticking appropriate option in the order form.

 

8. After placing an order, the customer will receive an email regarding contract acceptation and the beginning of the dispatch process.

 

9. For each order, our system automatically includes a shipping charge, depending on the quantity and type of purchased products. Customers are informed about the shipping charge when placing the order and can also check this in our 'Shipping' section or by using the shipping costs calculator in the BASKET.

 

10. Customers can send an email to cancel an order made in error, but must do this before the order is dispatched to avoid extra costs due to order dispatch.

 

11. At the time of your purchase, if items are in stock, average delivery time is between 2 - 5 working days. Please note that orders will only be dispatched once payment is received from the buyer.
Due to high range of our products (over 2000 items) in different versions and finish we are unable to keep the stock of every single item.
It is buyer's responsibility to contact us prior to order to check that items are in stock and to get more accurate delivery time.
We highly encourage to take these steps prior to order to avoid disappointment due to longer than usual delivery times.
In the event that the item you have ordered is out of stock, delivery time could take around 3 - 4 weeks from the date of payment.

 

12. MaxtonDesign.co.uk is not responsible for possible delays caused by the courier companies we use. Customers are informed immediately about all delays by fault of MaxtonDesign.co.uk (lack of goods in stock, accidents etc.)

 

13. 

All products are professionally packed and checked before shipment, so before you sign receipt of the goods, please check the packages on
collection to see if they have been damaged in transit. The driver is obliged to note damage on a copy of delivery confirmation, otherwise we would not be able to make a claim against the courier company. All damages should be reported to the courier company and via e-mail: 
sales@maxtondesign.co.uk to Maxton Design Ltd within 24 hours, otherwise we are not required to send a replacement item or offer a partial refund as an alternative.

 

14. On the occasion goods are not received or if received goods don't match the description, the customer is obliged to provide details of the order and put a complaint through. For received goods not matching description customer must get in touch via email to sales@maxtondesign.co.uk within 14 days of delivery including photos showing the item/s received. We require a maximum of 14 days to consider give any complaints our full attention. After this period, a decision will be made to both MaxtonDesign.co.uk and the buyer's satisfaction as to whether a replacement is dispatched or a refund is issued.

 

15. Buyers are advised to entrust installation of goods to an expert. Parts need to be prepared and trial fitted before installing or painting.

 

16. Customers may return goods purchased in MaxtonDesign.co.uk webstore without any reason within 14 days of the delivery date. This is possible if goods haven’t been used, tested and haven’t been destroyed or damaged in any way. Customer is obliged to return purchased goods at their own expense.

We don't accept packages sent by cash on delivery. Reimbursement will be transferred to the designated bank account or PayPal account within 5 working days of date of delivery. Reimbursement covers full gross price of purchased products excluding shipping costs, which are not an income for the seller.

 

17. We are not required to accept returns beyond the return window (14 days of date of delivery), but if we do, we charge a restocking fee - 20% of the item's price.
