Who are Maxton Design UK?

We are the largest distributor of Maxton Design products; however, we are not to be mistaken for the official manufacturer Maxton Design EU.

Are you open for collections?

We have a click and collect service available on our website, you can select this option at checkout. Once your order is ready to collect you will be sent an email, this is usually 1-2 working days after payment is taken. Please have your ready to pick up email at hand.

Products
Can you use my car to manufacture products?

We appreciate your interest and willingness to offer your vehicle for scanning if we do not currently offer products for it. However, when choosing cars for our upcoming projects they are outsourced by our manufacturers.

Are you going to make products for my car?

The best-case scenario would be for us to have products manufactured for every model of car. We often choose cars based off demand, and of course newer releases can be a priority. If you believe there is a large interest in products for an older car, gather some evidence and email us.

Does this product fit my car?

If you are uncertain of whether a product will fit your vehicle, we would recommend that you read the listing description. This includes a “fits only” section if your vehicle is not listed on here the product will not fit. Alternatively, you can compare your cars shape to the one in the listing photos.
Our products are designed via 3D scanning, this ensures the product fits the exact shape of the car in the listing title. Unfortunately, any slight differences can cause the product to fit incorrectly.

Do you offer fitting?

We offer fitting services at our headquarters. If you are wanting products fitted, please ring us and we can organise a date and time most suitable for you.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping cost is calculated at the point of checkout. It depends on the number of items ordered, the type of products and the delivery address. Most of the time, the shipping cost is calculated automatically. If shipping is unavailable, please contact us by e-mail: sales@maxtondesign.co.uk. Please wait patiently for the quote, as it all depends on our transport companies reply (waiting time is up to 3 days).

What countries do you ship to?

Shipping options are not available?

We try our best to provide shipping options for every country. In the event you are trying to place an order, but our website does not allow you to proceed with shipping, please contact sales@maxtondesign.co.uk.

A member of our team will aim to resolve the issue within one working day. Depending on the products(s) in question we may be required to create a quote for you, however, you will be notified of this over email after enquiring.

How will I know when my order is shipped?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with the relevant tracking information. This will include a tracking number, the courier used, and a link that can be used to monitor your shipment. On some occasions these emails may be directed to your junk or spam folder.

If you have provided the incorrect email address, please contact us.

Orders placed for in stock products on Friday’s will be shipped the following Monday as we are closed for business on weekends. During weekdays all in stock orders will be processed the next working day after they are placed.

Out of stock orders have an estimated delivery time of 4-6 weeks.

How do I return my order?

We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your order, however, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, a returns form must be completed. This can be located at the bottom of our website. You will receive an automated reply that includes a returns address and criteria that must be met to qualify for a full refund.

Received product is incorrect

If you believe you have received the incorrect product as it does not fit your vehicle, we ask that you email our sales team (sales@maxtondesign.co.uk) with the following information as it will speed up the process and allow us to properly investigate:

  • Order number
  • Photo of the product
  • Photo of the product code (look for the sticker with a barcode on)
  • Photo of the product code engraved on underside of product, where applicable.
  • Photo of your vehicle

We appreciate that we are requesting a lot of photos, however, doing so enables us to be thorough and provide you with a quick and helpful response.

Received product is damaged

Most of our products are dispatched with a protective film attached, this is vacuum sealed to the product to prevent damage during stocking and transit. Please first check that the damage is not located only on this before contacting us.

In the case you believe the product is damaged or clearly broken during transit please email sales@maxtondesign.co.uk with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damage on the product
  • Photos of any damage to the packaging

If a parcel is damaged or missing items. You must notify Maxton Design Ltd and the courier responsible for delivering your item within 24 hours of receiving a damaged parcel or one with missing items. Such enquiries brought to our attention after 24 hours from the date of delivery may be refused as to coincide with our contracted courier service policies.
